Catherine and small pet constant-temperature heating pad.
It is a thermostatic heating pad which warms the pets to ensure that they are always warm during colder climates of say 55 degC. It is not too big to accommodate small pets in feral cat habitats or in garages, barns and even in snug beds of pets held in the home. A two-sided waterproof zippered cover is extremely flexible, and appears to be an outer component featuring water-resistant side composed of an Oxford fabric and inner side of a warm and cozy fleece. A power-cord is chew-resistant to allow the ongoing plug-and-use installation.
